    Coffee Roastery

    The story behind my roasts

I love coffee. Each roast is a small ritual for me — a way to bring care, attention, and presence into every cup. I choose beans from fair, sustainable, and fully transparent sources, because how coffee is grown matters as much as how it is roasted.

About

June And July began with a simple feeling.

Everything was moving too fast.
Coffee — something meant to be enjoyed with intention — had become just another way to get through the day.

I wanted something different.

June And July is about slowing down.
About seeing coffee as a small ritual instead of a rush. A moment you keep for yourself before the noise begins — or one you return to when the day grows quiet again.

The name comes from months that feel suspended in time. Days that stretch longer. Light that moves more slowly. Nothing feels urgent unless you decide it is. That’s the feeling I try to bring into every cup.

I choose coffees that are balanced, familiar, and quietly expressive — not loud, not sharp, not chasing trends. Coffees you can live with. Coffees that feel right.

June And July isn’t about productivity or performance.
It’s about presence. About paying attention. About creating space in ordinary days.

Whether it’s a slow morning, a pause between meetings, or an afternoon that asks nothing of you — my hope is that this coffee becomes part of that moment.

Not more.
Just enough.

Welcome to June And July.
