Decaf stopped feeling like a compromise for me a long time ago — quite the opposite, actually. The Sweetest Taboo tastes like a decaf, but like a really good one. I’m not looking for the same things I look for in a regular espresso. I want something of its own: a deep, unique character that only decaf can have. And that’s exactly what I’ve found here.
What matters most to me is this: the beans are organically grown and decaffeinated using the Swiss Water® Process — just clean, fresh water, completely free from chemicals. A lot of people reach for decaf because they want something gentle and trustworthy, and that’s exactly why this clean, natural process is so important to me.
And the result? A decaf with surprising personality: soft, velvety, pleasantly sweet, with subtle notes of dried fruit and delicate orange.
Whether brewed as filter, pour-over, espresso, or French press: The Sweetest Taboo shines in every method. And in milk drinks? A real banger!
